With spring finally here, I am starting to feel a little inspired to do some wedding planning. I think it's funny that all my friends think that I love planning my wedding, but in all honesty, there are other things I'd rather be doing.
That being said, I do enjoy the detail-oriented parts of the day. One of those being choosing colors. Joe had mentioned colors that he liked to me (it was so cute and sweet) so I decided that those were the colors I'd start with- green and brown. And considering we're getting married outside in the middle of the woods, I feel they are very appropriate colors as well. So that's where we're starting from. But there are so many options!
Here are two inspiration boards that I adore...

It's the perfect amount of country and classy. We won't be having a black-tie affair in our 300 year old cabin, which I'm glad about! Nothing stuffy, nothing bright and crazy, just a fun, light-hearted, lovely day.
What we know so far... about 100 guests, hopefully a little less. No bridesmaids, no groomsmen (we're against our friends spending hundreds of dollars to be a part of our day!), food stations (pick what you *want* to eat!), no crazy flower arrangements, no ugly white shoes (for me, anyway!), no crap with our initials everywhere, and no freaking out. Just a fun day with our closest family and friends.
We're excited :)
So tell me, #1 or #2?

I personally like #2 because I feel that the pinks and reds are more "summery", but I have seen SO many beautiful green and brown weddings, and since it's outdoors, #1 could be great too. Okay, so I basically have been zero help :)
